The Orangefield ISD basketball program received a $750 grant from Entergy. The grant is a part of Entergy’s community connectors’ volunteer program. Entergy employees volunteer a certain number of hours, and Entergy will donate money on their behalf to an organization of their choosing. Orangefield ISD appreciates the donation greatly. Josh Smalley is the athletic director at OISD, and Jake McDonald is the high school basketball coach.
