Orange County Judge John H. Gothia issued his Third Amended Emergency Order on March 27. 2020, which became effective immediately at 11:59 PM on March 27, 2020.

The following Orders are hereby incorporated into Judge John H. Gothia’s Third Amended Emergency Order:

All Orange County Parks will reopen on Monday, April 20th, 2020 with strict guidelines to reduce transmission of COVID-19 – including requiring visitors to wear face coverings, maintain a six-foot distance from individuals outside of their party, and prohibiting the gathering of groups larger than five.

This addendum to Judge John H. Gothia’s Third Amended Emergency Order becomes effective as specified and shall be strictly observed and enforced as if incorporated fully into that Emergency Order.
