House fire under investigation

A fire started around 1:45 p.m. in the 300 block of Candy Lane in Vidor according to Orange County ESD #1 personal. The home was fully engulfed with flames when firefighters arrived. Multiple fire departments were called to the scene to assist in battling the blaze. The cause of the fire is not known and is under investigation.
