Gate City Guild #42 reached out over the weekend to victims of Tropical Storm Imelda. On Saturday, Special Deputy Benitris Edwards, Princes Captain Kreshonda Armstrong and Secretary Dwana Tims, as well as Debria Spears and Sylvia King, were in Vidor near Man Street and Interstate 10 giving away 100 hot meals. When they ran out of meals, they bought pizzas to feed another 20 families. On Sunday, the Guild was in Mauriceville with the Fire Department with supplies, diapers, wipes, water and food.
