PRESS RELEASE — Let me start off by asking you to remember the victims of their families in the Midland and Odessa shooting. Several friends involved.

Hope everyone here is having a great Labor Day weekend. Let’s see what’s been going on.

Spent several hours Friday trying to locate a man and his four children. He picked them up from his (now ex-wife) and refused to bring them back. Judge issued serious warrant and everyone feared the worst. He came to the court house and turned them over to us. Wow. We were worried.

We need help on this case. Man came to his property and discovered many items stolen. Travel trailer, 4 wheelers, brush hog and portable buildings. This took place in Jamestown Community on county road 1021. Anybody sees anything, let us know.

There was more stealing taking place this past week than I’ve seen in a long time. Please put game cameras up at your place. Also get with your neighbors and watch each other’s property. Keep an eye out for your neighbor.

Several complaints about people shooting deer rifles around houses. Remember two things happen every time you shoot a gun of any kind. 1st, you are responsible for everything that bullet does. 2nd, once the bullet leaves the barrel you can’t get it back.

Gotta go. Thought for the week: As long as algebra is taught in school there will be prayer in school. Ya’ll have a great week and if we can help, just holler. God Bless.
