ORANGEFIELD — Kadeon Evans had a walkoff single in the bottom of the eighth inning to lift the Orangefield Bobcats past the Warren Warriors in District 22-3A play at Bobcat Field Tuesday night.

The Bobcats improved to a perfect 3-0 in 22-3A play.

Evans had a pair of hits for the Bobcats and two RBI.

Orangefield finished with seven hits while Warren had six.

Logan Gipson tossed 4 1/3 innings for the Bobcats, striking out five while Evans worked 3 2/3 innings, fanning three.

The Bobcats visit Kountze Friday.
