Kevin Norton opens the 5^th Annual Special Angels Rodeo at the Tin Top 2 Arena Saturday morning. The event was dedicated to the memory of three of the event’s long time supporters. David Cagle former Precinct 2 Constable and newlyweds Bailee and Will Byler were ardent supporters of this unique event. More than 300 ‘angels’ registered to participate in this year’s activities.
