Port Arthur Police responded around 2 p.m., on Sunday, to the scene of a victim of a shooting in the 900 block of West 14th Street in Port Arthur.
A male was shot several times while sitting inside of his green car in front of a residence, according to witnesses on the scene.
The suspect is believed to have driven away in a early 2000 model white truck.
The condition of the victim is unknown and the suspect remains at large while police are investigating.
