Orange County Judge Stephen ‘Brint’ Carlton was presented a plaque by the Orange County Medical Society for his efforts during Hurricane Harvey. Carlton was presented the award in November. Carlton said it was humbling to be recognized from a group of professionals. He said he accepted the honor on behalf of all the hard work the people of Orange County had done.
