ORANGEFIELD — The Orangefield Lady Bobcats are all alone in second place in the District 22-4A standings after downing the West Orange-Stark Lady Mustangs 54-38 Friday night at Bobcat Gym.

Faith Fregia tallied a game-high 20 points for the Lady Bobcats (4-1 in district) and added four rebounds and three steals.

Post Cameron Choate continues to be a double-double machine for the Lady Bobcats as she plowed her way to 17 points and 16 rebounds.

Emmi Lummus added three points, six rebounds, five steals and three assists while Jacey Bourque had four points, three steals and two rebounds.

The Lady Bobcats will host Bridge City Tuesday while the Lady Mustangs (1-3 in district) will host Bridge City today at 3:30 p.m. in a makeup game after the bad weather from last Tuesday night.
