The City of Orange has received complaints of litter and trash being dumped in various parts of the City. The Orange Police Department is on patrol trying to identify violators and needs your help. If you observe persons littering, contact the Orange Police Department at 409-883-1026 to report them, as posted on the official website.

If you or your organization would like to adopt a street to keep clean, contact the Director of Planning and Development, Kelvin Knauf, at 409-988-7397.
