Officer Dana Robnett is currently receiving cancer treatments at MD Anderson for esophageal cancer. Pinehurst Police Department wants to give back to Robnett who has served with the department since 1988.

Robnett served with the Orange County Sheriff’s Office prior to joining PH PD.

He is known for his hours of serving the community. Robnett has also served as a reserve officer and part-time over the years.

A Sack Lunch Fundraiser from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 19, to benefit Robnett. The lunch will consist of sausage or boudin, bread, chips and a drink for $7. Free deliveries are available for orders of 10 or more lunches. Pre-sale tickets are available at Pinehurst Police department located at 2493 M.L.K.
