OC 4H Annual Pecan Fundraiser is underway

The annual Pecan fundraiser to help support Orange County 4-H program is underway at the Texas Agrilife Extension Office located at 11475 FM 1442 in Orange.

Plain pecans, halves or pieces are ready for one’s holiday baking, the fundraiser also offers flavored pecans, peanuts and specialty nuts as well.

Chocolate Covered Almonds are new this year for the fundraiser.

Specialty mixes such as Texas Deluxe Mix with pecans, cashews, almonds and Brazil nuts are available as well as samplers. Other mixes include Hunter’s, California, Trash, Fiesta, Fruit, Cran-Slam and Mountain Mix.

A four-flavor, one-pound Pecan Sampler, a two-pound, six-flavored Pecan Sampler or a two-pound Fruit and Nut Sampler are available.

Preorder by Oct. 14 to receive in time for Thanksgiving or by Nov. 10 to have in time for Christmas.
