City of Orange EDC Director Jay Trahan announced Paul’s Seafood, 2650 Lutcher Drive, opened Tuesday as Orange’s newest restaurant.

City officials have been working the past few months regarding permits and building improvements.

“The City of Orange welcomes Paul’s Seafood as its newest restaurant along the Interstate 10 frontage road at Lutcher Drive. With the new TxDOT Interstate 10 project currently in progress, there has been interest shown by other prospects that are considering new projects as well. The City appreciates the opportunity to work with new and existing businesses in an effort to ensure their success,” Trahan said.

Paul’s Seafood will be open 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Tuesday – Saturday and 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday.
