Summer Fun of the Whole Family at Shangri La Gardens

 Special to The Leader

ORANGE — If you have not posed for a picture with the Big Bugs, it’s not too late! By popular demand, David Rogers’ Big Bugs has been Extended through June 25, 2016!

Bring the entire family for Summer fun to explore the delightfully oversized, topsy-turvy world of insects as they run amuck in the Gardens. The artist will delight children of all ages with his twelve larger-than-life, gargantuan-scale bugs created using all-natural materials.

Flutter in to visit and interact with live insects in the Butterfly House. View them in a special display, and meet and greet with Butterflies of all shapes and sizes. Observe over 350 Butterflies in the beautiful greenhouse.

Come along for a delightful tour along the waterways of Adams Bayou during an Outpost Tour. A knowledgeable guide leads the tour and provides interpretation of associated habitats, wildlife, and a brief historical overview of Shangri La Gardens and the local community.

Come enjoy this one-of-a-kind exhibition before it’s gone!
