Orange County Historical Commission held a Historical Marker Unveiling on Wednesday at Old Orange Cafe, 914 West Division Street in Orange, to recognize the dairy industry in Orange. Between 1900 and 1950, there were over 30 dairies in operation in Orange County. The two-story brick building, now known as The Old Orange Café, was built in 1941 by Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Spears as a pasteurizing Dairy and operated as the only such business until 1948 when it was closed by Bordon Company.
