The Greater Orange Area Chamber of Commerce with the Bridge City Chamber of Commerce held a Ribbon Cutting ceremony at the River Festival on Friday. The ceremony kicks off the 2016 Elite Redfish Series tournament as well as several events in Orange from the River Festival, Art in the Park, David Rogers’ Big Bugs at Shangri la Gardens, BUGS Exhibition at Stark Museum of Art, Preserving the Past Tours at The W.H. Stark House, and Gopher Industries Kids Fish Tank as well as free concerts at the City of Orange Boat Ramp featuring Chad Richard at 6 p.m. and Craig Campbell at 8 p.m. on Saturday.
