WEST ORANGE — Postal Connections, a 21-year-old franchise company is currently negotiating franchise agreements to open a new location in a retail store in West Orange as early as the end of April.

“We want to expand in Texas,” Owner and Managing Director Fred Morache said. “We have successful stores in Houston and Beaumont.”

Postal Connections is a drop-off, pack and ship store with a wide range of services help support both the business and personal needs including copies, notary service and printing business cards, brochures and banners.

“I bought the company with my business partner, Andy Thompson, in 2007,” Morache said. “We love the business.”

Morache has more than 25 years of franchising experience to Postal Connections and was also one of the driving forces behind Mail Boxes, Etc.

Andy Thompson helped guide the original “pack and ship” store and franchise concept to unprecedented success, according to Postal Connections website.

“We want to offer convenience for our customers,” Morache said.

From franchise approval to opening day could be as quick as 45 days.
