Connie Sue Owens Miller, 72, of Port Arthur, TX, passed away November 2, 2015.  She was born December 1, 1942, in Cooper, Texas to the late Jack Owens and Addie Killibrew Owens.  She was married to the late, George Miller.
She is survived by her brother, Thomas Owens of Loganston, PA; sisters, Bennie Dallas of Orange, TX, Carol Stewart and husband, Terril of Pineland, TX.  Three nephews and two nieces.
Connie lived a full and active life, even with the challenges of living with Cerebral Palsy.  She always had such a positive attitude, always caring of others and considered herself, highly blessed.
Cremation is being arranged through Melancon’s Funeral Home.
