The next meeting of the Orange County Retired Teachers Association will be held at 10:30 a.m., Monday, Oct. 12, at the Wesley United Methodist Church, 401 37th St. in Orange in the Sanctuary. Updates on the TRS health plan will be given. The guest speaker will be Scott Hasty, owner of J. Scott’s a Florist in Orange. He will show the latest floral designs for Fall. No refreshments will be served, but all visitors are welcome.
