No arrests made in stabbing homicide

PRESS RELEASE

On September 20, 2015 at 8:55 p.m. officers were dispatched to 703 10th St. in reference to a disturbance.  Officers arrived and discovered a 30 year old white male on the ground with what appeared to be at least one stab wound.  Ambulance and Orange Fire Department were dispatched to the scene for medical treatment.  The male was transported to Baptist Hospital – Orange.  The male identified as Jamey Myers was pronounced decease by Judge Dunn and an autopsy was ordered.

No arrest has been made at this time, but a person of interest was questioned by detectives and released pending additional investigation.
