Funeral services for Tara Lesley Dunham Brown Tate will be held Saturday, September 5, 2015, 10:00 AM at Centuries Memorial Funeral Home, Shreveport, LA. Officiating will be Rev. Harold Ashcraft. Interment will follow in Centuries Memorial Park. Visitation with the family will be Friday, September 4 from 5 until 7 PM at the funeral home.

Tara was born April 2, 1971 in Shreveport, LA. She went to be with her Lord August 29 in Tyler, Texas.
Tara was preceded in death by her son, Brandon Paul Brown; grandmother, Inez Dunham; grandfather, Jack H. Culpepper, Sr.; and step-father, Stephen Russell Keasler, MD. She is survived by her husband, Jackie Tate; mother, Carol Ann Culpepper Keasler; father, Patrick G. Dunham and wife Susan; brother, Patrick Brant Dunham and wife Marcelle; daughter, Ashley Tara Brown Keasler; grandson, Carson Boyer Keasler Massey; nephew, Jackson Dunham; nieces, Eva and Audrey Dunham; grandmother, June Culpepper Bain; friend, Rex Bain; uncle, Jack Culpepper, Jr. and wife Sharon; and a cousin, Trevor Culpepper and wife Sarah.

Tara will be greatly missed by all who loved her. She had many friends. She loved animals, especially her pit bull, Shatter.
