After reading an article in The Orange Leader of this past week-end concerning “conditions” at Optimist Village in Pinehurst I became quite disturbed.
First, I’m represented by no one other than myself. I can’t imagine living in any other apartment complex where management or maintenance could be any better. I have never experienced one single problem that hasn’t been addressed immediately. I don’t have one complaint about anything concerning where I live. Not one.
Please be informed that there is no one representing all of the residents here at Optimist Village.
I love where I live and would like for someone to come and visit our well run and well cared for home and find out how wonderful it is to live here.
Let’s recognize the other side of our home, management, and maintenance, please.
