Not even the threat of a tropical storm kept anglers away from the City of Orange boat ramps Tuesday evening for the Simon Outfitters summer fishing tournament. The event takes place 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. every Tuesday until the last week of July. Jonathon Simon, owner of Simon Outfitters, said the tournament has been averaging 30 contenders and is expecting the numbers to continue to grow.
