Trey Love represented Little Cypress-Mauriceville High School at this summer’s Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership (HOBY) Seminar for the Texas Gulf Coast Region held at Texas A & M Galveston on May 29 through 31, 2015.
During this inspirational weekend, Love participated in hands-on leadership activities, met leaders in the state, and explored personal leadership skills while learning how to lead others and to become an effective, ethical leader in his home, school, workplace and community.
The Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership Program was established in 1958 by actor Hugh O’Brian following an inspirational visit to Africa with Dr. Albert Schweitzer.  The goal is to provide a catalyst to lifelong leadership development, empowering young individuals to achieve their highest potential. Trey will begin his junior year in the fall.
