The Orange County Sheriff’s Office held its 21st Annual Cops ‘’N Kids Picnic at Claiborne West Park in Vidor on Friday, as more than 2,000 youth from across Southeast Texas were expected to attend. Youth were able to see fire trucks and police vehicles up-close, ride a covered wagon or horses, visit a petting zoo, practice fighting fires, or even hold a live alligator like these youngsters from Kidz World Learning Center in Orange did while visiting the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department’s display on Friday morning.
