Book Review: Nine Eleven: A Disaster Averted

ORANGE — How far is one willing to go to protect the citizens of this country is a question one will ask as reading Nine Eleven: A Disaster Averted.

The book, written by Michael Larnard II, is an alternative history to what could have been done to prevent the tragedy of September 11, 2001, when 19 militants associated with al-Qaeda hijacked four airliners and carried out suicide attacks against targets in the United States, killing over 3,000 Americans.

The short novel offers a suggest of one way the tragedy could have been prevented. The story is not for the squeamish as details of interrogations are eye-opening.

Reading the book will cause one to question just how far the government should go in order to prevent terroristic attacks.

The book is full of military jargon which can make it a little difficult to understand at first, however, most are explained as one continues reading.

The publication will create discussions and debates.

Nine Eleven: A Disaster Averted, 59 pages, was released 2012 by Tate Publishing and Enterprise, LLC can be found at Amazon.com.
