Church Calendar 11.3.12

ORANGE — 2nd Annual Harvest

Mount Calvary Baptist Church, 612 N. Third St. in Orange, presents its 2nd Annual Harvest from 10 a.m. - 7 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 3. Activities include games, prizes, a car show, BBQ Cook off, vendors, food, Jesus bingo and more. Booth spaces available and cook-off entry fee is $50. Fall Festival

First United Methodist Church of Orange invites you to its Fall Festival from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 6. There will be a silent auction, bake sale, plants and jewelry for sale. Luncheon will be held from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. Tickets are $12. Takeouts available beginning at 10:30 a.m.

Fall Festival

Little Cypress Baptist Church, 3274 Little Cypress Drive, will holds a gospel music concert featuring the Singing Men of Southeast Texas at 7 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 8. Admission is free, but a lover offering will be accepted. Call the church at 409-883-8905 for more information.

BBQ Dinners

Salem United Methodist Church’s Feed My Sheep will be selling BBQ dinners all day on Thursday, Nov. 8. Meal is $8 and consists of BBQ chicken, taco rice, baked beans, potato salad, cake and bread. Delivery available. Call Susie Murray at 409-883-4053 or 409-988-5741 for info.

Christmas Bazaar

Wesley United Methodist Church, 401 N. 37th St. in Orange, is having its annual Christmas Bazaar from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 10. There will be unique gifts, decorations, crafts, pecans, walnuts, links, taco soup (frozen to go), sweets and much more. Door prizes will be given throughout the day. Come and see us.

Gumbo and Chili Festival

St. Therese Life Center, 1409 Sixth St. in Orange, will hold its annual Gumbo and Chili Festival from 11 a.m. - 5 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 10. A donation of $8 will be accepted. Call 409-882-1768 or 409-883-3783 to order or for information.

Women’s Ministry

Gateway Christian Church, 1503 Green Ave. in Orange, and Apostle Larry Phillips Sr. and Elder Vicki Phillips, will conduct a Women in Ministry Worship Service at 4 p.m., Sunday, Nov. 11. Speaker of the hour Minister Phyllis Chavis of the Full Gospel Holy Temple. The public is invited to attend.
