The Bridge City Historical Society it will once again host the “Born on the Bayou” 4th of July fireworks display after the tremendous success of last year’s event.
The celebration and fireworks is Thursday, July 4, at the historical Cow Bayou swing bridge waterfront property on Hwy. 87 in Bridge City.
Musical entertainment will be provided beginning at 5 p.m. The historical society is excited to be able to bring the community together for these kinds of events. Citizens are asked to bring family, lawn chairs, blankets and to enjoy the festivities.
The Bridge City Historical Society is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization established in 2009 to promote historic preservation and tourism.
