ORANGE — The Texas Medical Board entered into an Agreed Order with Philip Martinez Cantu, M.D. of Orange on April 12.

The order  requires Cantu to pass the Medical Jurisprudence Exam within one year and within three attempts, within one year complete the professional boundaries course offered by the University of California San Diego PACE program or an approved equivalent course and complete within one year eight hours of Continuing Medical Education in ethics.

Medical Jurisprudence Exam demonstrates licensed physicians have competent knowledge of law and Board rules related to the practice of medicine.
