1st Christian Church dedication

First Christian Church of Orange will have a dedication service for a mural created by Tom Windham at 10 a.m. during the morning services Sunday at the church. The mural is located in the Sunday School hall. At 11 a.m., a reception and art in honor of Windham will be in the Keown Hall. Works by Windham will be on display and available for purchase. Bethel Baptist anniversary

Bethel Baptist Church will celebrate its 55th anniversary at 10 a.m. Sunday at 1512 N. 15th St. (behind Krogers) with Homecoming Services. Special Singers will be The True Heart Gospel Trio from Bossier City, La. After the Homecoming message, a noon meal will be served in the Fellowship Hall. Cove Baptist VBS

Cove Baptist Church will have its vacation Bible school from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday through Friday at the church, 1009 DuPont Drive. “The Arctic Edge” is for ages 4 through the sixth grade. For more information, call 988-8154.



Mt. Sinai Baptist Church 86th Anniversary

Mt. Sinai Baptist Church will celebrate its 86th anniversary with a parade beginning at 10 a.m. Saturday. A picnic will follow the parade. At 11 a.m., Sunday a special anniversary service will be held at the church, 1113 N. 2nd St., Orange. Call 409-886-2089 for information.



Old First Orange VBS

9th & Elm Church of Christ VBS

9th and Elm Church of Christ invites children ages 2 years through sixth grade to join them for vacation Bible school from 9 to 11:30 a.m. Monday through Wednesday at the church, 501 9th St. in Orange. This year’s children will take a journey around the world and visit Mexico, China and Africa in their studies. Refreshements and crafts daily, and a hot dog supper the last day. Mt. Sinai VBS

Mt. Sinai Baptist Church will have vacation Bible school from 9:30 a.m. until noon June 12-16 for those ages 2 to 18 years. Activities include Bible study, music and arts and crafts. Around the World Buffet

St. Therese Church will hold an Around the World buffet from 5 to 8 p.m., June 24 at Ware’s Plaza, 319 Park St., Orange.
