One man was arrested for an outstanding warrant after an Orange police officer observed three males loitering approximately 12:40 a.m. Monday behind Kroger’s.
Two of the males were riding skateboards while one male was riding a bicycle without a front headlight.
One of the skateboarders was arrested for a warrant out of the Orange County Sheriff’s Office for burglary of a motor vehicle. The bicyclist received a ticket for no headlight on a bicycle.
Man arrested for possession of synthetic marijuana
A man was arrested for possession of synthetic marijuana approximately 5 p.m. Monday.
The man was sitting by the roadway near State Hwy. 87 and Farm to Market Road 3247 when an officer from Orange Police Department approached him. The man was found to have ten grams of substance believed to be synthetic marijuana.
Three arrested following single vehicle collision
One man and two women were arrested after a single vehicle struck a building at approximately 12:30 a.m. Tuesday at the 2300 block of 16th Street.
Two people were standing outside the 1999 white Ford Explorer when officers from the Orange Police Department arrived. A third person was sitting in the back seat of the vehicle at that time.
All three persons denied being the driver of the vehicle at the time of the collision.
After further questioning, the male claimed to be the driver.
The man, 22, was arrested for public intoxication and the officer noted in the police report that the man had a strong order of PCP emitting from the person. During the arrest search the man was also found to be in possession of cocaine.
He was placed under arrest for possession of a controlled substance.
Both women were also arrested for public intoxication.
