ORANGE — Mrs. Ira Faye Robnett, 84, of the Cove area of Orange, passed from this life on Thursday, March 13, 2014 at her residence after an illness.

Born on July 18, 1929 in Wilburton, Oklahoma to her parents, Ira O. Dehart and Allie Mae (Fitzgerald) Dehart, she lived in Orange since 1950 and had also lived in Oklahoma City.  A homemaker and a member of Cove Baptist Church in Orange, she enjoyed sewing, quilting and crocheting, she was very detailed in her work and she made numerous gifts for her grandchildren and family.  Mrs. Robnett will be remembered as a very kind and soft spoken lady who cared for so many.

Mrs. Robnett is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Joe L. Robnett; her sister, Billie Dehart Odonnel; her brother, Jack Dehart; her brother-in-law, Orvil Robnett; her sister-in-law, Sybil Robnett; her brother-in-law, Clyde Moore; her sister-in-law, Texoma Moore; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Isabelle and Bob Barrett and Eldon and Bernice Cleveland.  Those who will most cherish her memory are her daughter, Susan Peveto of Orange; her sons, Dana Robnett and wife, Sandy of Orange and Ricky and Larry Robnett, both of Orange; her grandchildren, Jana Robnett Owens and husband, Michael, Jessica Robnett Deason and husband, Christopher, Kent Michael Robnett and wife, Synthia, Sadie Robnett, Blake Peveto and Brianne Peveto; numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and extended family.

Services to remember and honor Mrs. Robnett’s life will be at 2:00 P.M. Monday, March 17, 2014 in the Chapel of Dorman Funeral Home in Orange.  Officiating will be Reverend Jeff Bell, Chaplain with Southeast Texas Hospice in Orange and Reverend Travis Hood, pastor of Cove Baptist Church.

A gathering of Mrs. Robnett’s family and friends for a time of sharing will be from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Sunday at the funeral home.  Rite of Committal and Interment will follow services where she will be laid to rest next to her husband in Autumn Oaks Memorial Park in Orange.
