ORANGE — Frank Leonard Peveto, 72, of Orange, went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on June 23, 2014, surrounded by his loving family, after a long, hard fought battle with cancer.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Thursday, June 26, 2014, at Turning Point
Church in Vidor, Texas, where he was a member. Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 25, 2014 at Turning Point Church in Vidor.
Born October 10, 1941, to his parents Stafford Odom and Lena Lorena (White) Peveto, he was a lifelong resident of Orange. Frank previously owned Peveto Feed and Farm and loved to buy, sell and trade horses, or anything else for that matter, and work on saddles and other leather goods. He was very proud of his family and loved to brag about them. He loved to attend school and athletic events of his five grandchildren.
Frank is preceded in death by his parents. His love and cherished memories will remain in the hearts of his loving wife of 52 years, Flo Peveto; son, Paul Lane Peveto and wife, Leigh Ann; daughter, Sheryl Moss and husband Randy; grandchildren, Haley, Madison and Cole Peveto and Logan and Morgan Moss; brother, Stafford O. Peveto Jr.; and sisters, Helen Mattox and Mary Alice Brown.
Serving as pallbearers will be Paul Peveto, Cole Peveto, Randy Moss, Logan Moss, Bill Peveto and Tommy Stanton.
