Babineaux weds Luna

Mid County — Kiesha Storm Babineaux became the bride of Joseph "Buppy" Luna III on Saturday, the 14th of May, two thousand and eleven, at one o'clock in the afternoon at Church on the Rock in Bridge City. Pastor Lance Faulkner performed the double- ring ceremony. The Bride is the daughter of Pam Brister Vincent of Bridge City and Ricky Lee Babineaux of New York. She is the grandaughter of Joe and Lou Raburn of Bridge City, Walter Babineaux of Deweyville and Azeline Babineaux of West Lake LA. Her father walked her down the aisle. The groom is the son of and Joe Luna Jr. of Orange and the late Virginia "Gi Gi" Luna . He is the grandson of Joe and Josephine Luna of Orange, Irona Mazzola of Orange and the late Benny Mazzola. The Matron of Honor was Buppy's niece, Claire Trawhon. Bridesmaids were Kenzi Trahan, Trinity Sims, Nateleigh Sims and Kylie Lachney. Aunt's Brenda, Debbie and Patsy Brister served the guests. The Best Men were Buppy's son's, Landon and Jaxon Luna.  Groomsmen were Deegan King and Kayden Sims nephew of bride. Photograpy provided by Adrianne Colletti Platt of Bridge City and Laura Luango of New York. Music provided by Daniel McLemore and solo by Brian Mazzola. The reception followed immediately at the KC Hall in Bridge City. On the eve of the wedding, the father of the groom hosted a rehearsal dinner at his house. The bride is a 1994 Graduate of Bridge City High School. She attended Lamar University Orange and is currently employed by Philpott Motors as Business Development Coordinator. The Groom is a 1994 Graduate of Little Cypress High School. He attended Blinn University and is currently employed by ISC as an Instrumentation Technician. Following the honeymoon in Galveston the couple will reside in Mid County.
