City council of Rose City will meet at 7 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 10, at City Hall, 370 S. Rose City Drive. The public is welcome to attend.

Master Gardeners

The Master Gardeners of Orange County will hold its monthly meeting at 6:30 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 10, at the Salvation Army building located at the corner of MLK and Strickland in Pinehurst. The public is invited to attend.

Annual New Year Revival

Back to God Fresh Anointing Ministries, 1101 Park St. in Orange, invites the public to its Annual New Year Revival at 7 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 10, and Friday, Jan. 11, and 3:30 p.m., Sunday, Jan. 13. Pool tournament

First Appreciation Service

El Bethel Baptist Church, 704 N. 12th St. in Orange, will celebrate its Pastor’s first appreciation service at 3 p.m., Sunday, Jan. 13. Retired Teachers of Orange County will meet at 11 a.m., Monday, Jan. 14 at Wesley United Methodist Church, 401 37th St. in Orange. Guest speaker is John Paschall of Southeast Texas Better Business Bureau. January hostess will provide light lunch following meeting.
