ORANGE — St. Mary Catholic School is honored to share the “Good Samaritan” award winners for this week. St. Mary staff nominates students they witness displaying acts of kindness, helping others and showing respect at school. The principal, Donna Darby chose and announced the winners among all students. The winners received a certificate and other prizes for their wonderful behavior. St. Mary Catholic School is honored to donate over $800 to aiding the victims in the Philippines. The event was organized by Cindy Claybar, St. Mary art teacher, and proceeds will be donated to the American Red Cross.
