BRIDGE CITY —
An unoccupied Pontiac Grand Prix that caught fire in Bridge City Friday morning has been removed from the scene by wreckers.
At 9:36 a.m., the Bridge City Fire Department responded to a call at 2410 Texas Ave., in front of a washateria. The department had the fire under control within four minutes using water and foam, but the car was a total loss.
The cause of the fire is unknown. There were no injuries, as the car was unoccupied, and arson is not suspected. No report is being filed.
