Welcome New Pastor

Bethel Baptist Church, 2906 Western Ave. in West Orange, will welcome its new pastor and family, Mike and Rebecca Fink and children, this Sunday, Sept. 15. Sunday School is at 9:30 a.m., Worship Service is at 10:30 a.m. and Evening Worship is at 6 p.m. Bro. Fink has been in ministry since 1996 and comes from Henderson, Texas. Pastor & Wife Appreciation

Mt. Calvary Baptist Church will honor its Pastor and Wife with Third Year Appreciation Services at 7 p.m., nightly, Monday, Sept. 16 through Wednesday, Sept. 18 with speakers Rev. Lee Field of East Mt. Olive Baptist in Port Arthur (Mon.), Rev. Glenn Holmes of Greater Macedonia Baptist in Port Arthur (Tues.) and Rev. Ricky Guillory of El Bethel Baptist Church in Orange (Wed.) and at 3 p.m., Sunday, Sept. 22 with guest speaker Rev. Aaron Reynolds of Borden Chapel Baptist Church of Beaumont. The public is invited.

True Fellowship

A True Fellowship meeting will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 21 and a True Fellowship Service will be held at 3:30 p.m., Sunday, Sept. 22, at Back to God Fresh Annointing Ministries, 1101 W. Park in Orange. All workers in God’s vineyard are welcome. Call 409-238-1436 for info.

Spiritual Warfare

Salem United Methodist Church, 402 W. John Ave. in Orange, and its Spiritual DIVA’s will hold a Spiritual Warfare conference, “Armed and Dangerous,” with registration starting at 8:30 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 21. Minister Shannon Chachere of Lake Charles is speaker. Continental breakfast and lunch provided. Silen auction, prizes, spiritual assessments, healing and pampering, spa treatments. Donation is $10 at the door.
