OC grand jury returns indictments

ORANGE — The Orange County grand jury met this week and returned an indictment against 41-year-old Joe Aubrey Lea, of Vidor on charges of aggravated assault.

The case stems from an incident in February when Lea allegedly ran his pickup   into the front yard of residence belonging to his ex-wife in the 100 block of Orange Street. The pickup was reportedly aimed toward Lea’s ex-wife’s new boyfriend. No injuries were reported, according to information from the Vidor Police Department.

If convicted of the second degree felony, he could receive up to 20 years in prison.

Other indictments returned include;

• William Allen Gilmore, Vidor, felony possession of a controlled substance;

• Cheyenne Renee Reviere, Orange, felony possession of a controlled substance;

• Amber Leann Davis, Silsbee, felony possession of a controlled substance;

• Darron DeWayne Denbow, Vidor, felony possession of a controlled substance;

• Tanya Lynn Vanwinkle, Vidor, felony theft;

• Richard Wayne Smith, Vidor, injury to a child;

• Darcy Jo Woods, Vidor, felony forgery;

• Brandon Leon Baker, Orange, felony possession of a controlled substance;

• Richard James Revia, Vidor, criminal non-support;

• Glenn Edward Champagne, Port Neches, criminal non-support (2 cases);

• Sylvia Sezer, Orange, securing execution of a document by deception;

• Elva Darlene Runnels, Vidor, securing execution of a document by deception;

• Zoey Alexis Bonilla, Orange, securing execution of a document by deception;

• Crystal Michelle Cline, Evadale, felony possession of a controlled substance;

• Crystal Michelle Cline, Evadale, felony possession of marijuana;

• Jason Michael Denmon, Buna, felony possession of a controlled substance;

• Benjamin Jason Fabela, Vidor, felony possession of a controlled substance;

• Emeritte Mae McDonald, Vidor, felony possession of a controlled substance;

• Daniel Charles Y’ Barbo, Vidor, felony possession of a controlled substance;

• Michael Franklin Dorn, Vidor, felony theft/criminal mischief;

• Tiffany Roan, Vidor, felony theft/criminal mischief;

• Stephanie Carol Watkins, Vidor, abandoning or endangering a child;

• Garren Keith McZeal, Mermentau, La., felony possession of marijuana.
