Among the infringements noted on the inspection report were mice feces found in the storage room and selling prepared foods without a hand-washing sink or three compartment sink as required by the Texas Food Establishment Rules. The report also notes chemicals were stored above paper products as well as mold found on the drink dispensers.
General cleaning prevented McDonald’s #4110, 1710 North 16th Street, Orange, from a perfect score. The restaurant received a 94 out of a possible 100 for the hand-washing sink in need of being cleaned as well as areas throughout the kitchen and storage rooms.
A field investigation at Burger Town, 6223 West Roundbunch Road in Orangefield resulted in a 97 out of a possible 100. The business received demerits for vents above the grill in need of being cleaned.
LCM Mart, 8270 North Highway 87, Orange, had mold on the slushi machine leading to the 97 out of a possible 100 health score.
