Orange native leaves Capitol Hill for U.S. Chamber of Commerce

WASHINGTON — Orange native Justin Veillon, who has worked for U.S. Congressman Kevin Brady for nearly five years, is leaving congressional service for a position at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in Washington, D.C.

A Sam Houston State University honor graduate with a double major in political science and criminal justice, Veillon held a variety of key posts for the congressman’s office in Orange, Huntsville and on Capitol Hill.

“As sorry as we are to see him leave, this is a tremendous opportunity for Justin that he richly deserves,” said Brady. “He’s given so much to the families and communities of the 8th Congressional District. He’s made Orange County and Sam Houston State University proud through his hard work, dedication and sense of humor. He will be missed, but we wish him well in his very bright future.”

Justin is the son of business owners Rick and Debbie Veillon of Orange, Texas.
