Closures ahead for MLK holiday

ORANGE — Several government offices and local schools will be closed Monday in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. holiday.

Offices in the cities of West Orange, Bridge City, Pinehurst and Rose City will be open for business as normal on Monday.

For those who have garbage collection on Monday, collection is scheduled to run as normal.

All Orange County offices, as well as state and federal offices will be closed Monday in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. holiday, as will the majority of financial institutions such as BBVA Compass, Orange Savings Bank, Capital One, Sabine Federal Credit Union and MCT Credit Union.
