ORANGE — Regional Henry Blackaby Conf.

Little Cypress Baptist Church will be the host of the Regional Henry Blackaby Conference, at 9 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 6. Blackaby is the well-known author of “Experiencing God” and other study books used by many churches nation-wide. Call the church at 409-883-8905 for info or schedule.

Faith Kidz

Faith Kidz will meet from 5:15 p.m. - 6:15 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 10, at Faith United Methodist Church, 8608 MLK Jr. Drive in Orange.

Mt. Zion Fellowship of Churches

The Mt. Zion Fellowship of Churches will have its monthly service at 3:30 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 14, at Starlight Missionary Baptist Church, 350 N. 37th St. inOrange. Pastor Charlot, vice president of the Mt. Zion Fellowship, will deliver the message. Everyone is welcome to attend and be Blessed.

Women’s Ministry

Gateway Christian Church, 1503 Green Ave. in Orange, and Apostle Larry Phillips Sr., will conduct a Women in Ministry Worship Service at 4 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 14. The public is invited to attend.

Church Bazaar

Sacred Heart-St. Mary Parish in Port Arthur will hold a Church Bazaar from noon - 10 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 20, on the parish grounds. Items for sell include turkey legs, hot dogs, nachos, boudain, links, gumbo, sweets and more. Activities include dancing, games for youth, and a raffle featuring many a variety of prizes. Tickets are $1 each. Call 409-985-5104 for info.

Somebody Else’s Husband

“Somebody Else’s Husband” is an exciting new gospel stage play and will be presented at 6 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 20 in the Carl Godwin Auditorium, 2020 Western Avenue, and is sponsored by the First Church of God in Orange. Tickets are $15 and available from the First Church of God website at www.fcgorange.net or by contacting Kierrah Hankins at 409-350-7833.
