TRAFFIC HAZARDS:
   Be aware of traffic signals that are not working properly. Use caution at all intersections and watch out for other drivers, they may not be so cautious. Any intersection where traffic control devices are not working should be treated as a four way stop.
   Watch for water over the road. Avoid these streets if at all possible.

WATER AND DEBRIS:
   Avoid standing water. If you must tread through standing water, use extreme caution and check its depth to avoid falling into ditches and potholes. If it is raining use caution when traveling on roads.
   Watch for debris hanging over head and laying on the ground. Use caution when moving any debris.

DOWNED POWER LINES:
   Avoid power lines that are down or hanging. DO NOT TOUCH! Treat all power lines as if they are live.
  
ANIMALS AND INSECTS:
   Be aware of dogs, snakes, and any other type of animal that could cause harm.
