Three Orange County volleyball teams will make the trek to the state playoffs.
However, playoff seeding is yet to be determined after the regular season wrapped up Tuesday night.
The LC-M Lady Bears and Orangefield Lady Bobcats tied for second in their respective districts while the Bridge City Lady Cardinals took fourth in District 21-3A.
The LC-M Lady Bears dropped a tough 13-25, 28-26, 25-22, 25-19 District 20-4A decision to Port Neches-Groves Tuesday night.
The Lady Bears are now tied for second with Livingston with a 10-4 mark as they two teams will have to play to decide the second-place seed.
Malayzia Winbush led the Lady Bear attack with 20 kills and had seven points and two aces. Sarah Woods had 17 kills while Darby Strother had 10 and Jade Piper added six.
Josie West served up nine points while Dayja Arnold had seven and Savannah Borel added five.
Lumberton won 20-4A outright with a perfect 14-0 mark. With the win over LC-M, PN-G clinched the fourth-place playoff berth with a 9-5 mark.
The Lady Bobcats downed the Hardin-Jefferson Lady Hawks 3-2 to pull into a tie with the Lady Hawks as both had 8-4 21-3A marks.
Hamshire-Fannett won the district with a 10-2 mark.
The Lady Cardinals took the fourth-place berth by defeating SIlsbee Tuesday night when Buna was losing to H-F. The Lady Cardinals finished the 21-3A season with a 7-5 mark.
