Ragsdale excels at Mary Hardin-Baylor

ORANGE — Former WO-S standout pitcher Rebekah Ragsdale went 2-0 in the circle for the Cru this weekend, allowing just seven hits and one run scored in 15 innings pitched.

Ragsdale entered Tuesday's second game against Texas Lutheran in relief, pitching three innings allowing just one hit.

She then started against Howard Payne on Friday, pitching a complete game, no-hitter. Only one Yellow Jacket was able to get on base in UMHB's 9-0 victory Friday evening. Ragsdale also started against HPU on Saturday, allowing six hits and one run scored. Ragsdale totaled 15 innings pitched with just one run allowed and 10 strikeouts. She walked just two batters and held opponents to a .135 batting average.
