Jones ignited EC’s offense by running for a touchdown from four yards out with 3:10 left in the opening quarter, and was on the mark late in the second period hitting Adam Davis with a 37-yard TD strike making it a 14-6 EC lead.
Joe Martinez was successful on both PATs following the Bucs’ two first half scores.
Following Jones late first quarter TD run, the Bobcats tied it at 7-7 with 1:22 left in the period on a Huckaby 15-yard dash.
