A group of students from Bridge City Middle School, posing as soldiers during a Civil War re-enactment event at Claiborne West Park in Orange County, demonstrate a march for hundreds of other students visiting from area school districts. Students also learned about many of the flags used during the Civil War period and the history behind each flag, plus a canon-firing demonstration, clothing of the era, food, a lesson from a blacksmith, and much more.
