Spring and summer look to be awfully entertaining in Southeast Texas.
Several concerts have announced this past week, including some classic names from the rock world, an up-and-coming country artist and a little bit of metal for good measure.
Don Henley, best known as a member of the Eagles, will perform a solo concert as the headlining act of the 33rd Christus St. Elizabeth Annual Gala, which will be held on Saturday, April 20 at the Beaumont Civic Center.
The black-tie fundraiser event begins at 7 p.m. with cocktails, a gourmet dinner at 8 p.m. and Henley will take the stage at 9:30 p.m. Tickets for a table of eight start at $3,000.
Henley, although best known for his role in The Eagles, has had his share of solo success with songs such as “Dirty Laundry,” “The Boys of Summer,” “All She Wants to Do is Dance,” “Sunset Grill,” “The Heart of the Matter” and more.
